About Us – Pool Safety Inspections & Handyman Services

We service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Moreton Bay

Prior to 2010 the pool safety inspection industry did not even exist. Right from the start our goal was to set a high benchmark in pool safety service standards. To us that means delivering exceptional customer service before, during and after the experience every time. The Big Tick are known as one of the preferred pool safety inspections Brisbane contractor for a large Queensland Government department for our primary area. Unlike many other pool safety inspectors we are a registered company that has been successfully operating since 2006. Prior to the introduction of this industry, we were in real estate property services and therefore understand the needs of homeowners, sellers, buyers, landlords and real estate agents. We have been described by clients as a hardworking, professional, trustworthy and courteous team. And we are very proud of the fact that we deliver what we promise.

We are here for the long term

The pools safety inspector fall out rate is high, so it is important for you to be confident that your inspector will be around the next time you need them. We assure you that we are here for the long term. For us, pool safety inspections and rectification work is our core business. It is not an add on to another business. It is not a secondary job, and it certainly is not part time.

Our high service standards set us apart

We pride ourselves in offering a professional service with a personal touch. We are punctual, informative, thorough and provide cost effective, practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Our pass first time rate is high and believe that this is due to the assistance we provide prior to the inspection and whilst on site.

We are innovative in our way of thinking

For example, in the beginning there was not a product available for taps, gas fittings or power points in the non-climb zone. So we developed 60 degree solutions and now send our products all around Australia. The covers provide a cost effective simple solution to what otherwise would be an ordeal to get moved. We provide a clear, concise map with a nonconformity notice showing where the items are that need to be rectified. For you this means that it is easy to identify the areas of concern rather than having to check the entire fence line for the fault. So whether you were present at the inspection or not, and whether you are doing the repairs yourself or getting us or someone else in to do them, you are not left in the dark.
